Personal Customer Service is a corner-stone of our business. Whether we are simply fitting a battery into your favourite watch, that you’ve had for 40 years, or restoring Great Grandma’s (irreplaceable) Diamond Ring, we recognise the importance of your knowing that ‘we really do care’.
Sales: We stock unique pieces as would befit a Boutique Jeweller. Within our sales service, we are frequently able to get a special piece in for you if we haven’t got exactly what you are looking for in stock – and we know that there is nothing more frustrating than having visit lots of different places looking for exactly what you want. Therefore,if we can help you find what you want, we will.
It’s not necessarily so… boutique does not always translate to expensive. We carry a wide range of very fashionable jewellery items, the traditional too, as well as the individually picked/created items which are generally set in gold. Come on in one day and browse around, get to know us a little…
More specifically, our services include:
- Ring Resizing (generally a 48 hour service – in our Canberra workshop)
- Rhodium Finishing (for that Mirror finish of white gold items).
- Re-clawing and/or re-setting of Diamonds and other Precious Stones
- Restoration of Worn Pieces.
- Re-makes of old and/or unwanted Jewellery items.
- Polishing – nothing beats the high polish that an expert Jeweller can achieve.
- Pearl and Bead Re-threading and knotting, by hand, -on traditional threads as well as wires and sheaths.
- Re-setting of pearl stud ear-rings.
- New Clasps for Necklaces and Bracelets.
- And…
- Fixing all manner of things – from tightening a clasp on your wrist watch to replacing those tiny little pearls you see on ear-rings, rings and broaches. If it can reasonably be done – we’ll do it.
- “The difficult” we do right away…
- “The Impossible” well, that takes a little longer.
